Responsibilities Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in cash handling or as a cashier is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
