Assistant Manager/Team Member/Cashier Kochalos Hospitality LLC Miami, FL 33166 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Manager or Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize Aloha POS systems to process orders efficiently and manage transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food preparation areas. Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Support culinary operations by preparing food items as needed while adhering to food safety standards. Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Learn cooking techniques, builds and recipes to create the dishes on the venues menu. Follow health department steps to ensure health and safety is followed to provide guest a quality product Adhere to instructions and guidelines from state, city and management. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required. English is required. Spanish or bilingual is a plus! Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling practices is advantageous. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team atmosphere.
