Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting merchandise. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed. Supervise daily operations of the pro shop to ensure a smooth workflow. Utilize basic math skills to process sales and manage inventory effectively. Promote products through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area. Provide phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the team.
