In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing transactions and ensuring that our products are well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and in accordance with company standards. Utilize pallet jacks and RF scanners to manage inventory effectively. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including unloading deliveries and organizing stock. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations. Communicate effectively with customers, including those who are bilingual or multilingual, to enhance their shopping experience. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions is beneficial. Experience using pallet jacks, RF scanners, or similar equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and team members. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
