The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the food industry. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing work areas, equipment, and dining spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Provide assistance to customers with any inquiries or special requests. Ensure compliance with food handling safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations. Experience in food handling practices is preferred. Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is a plus.
