We are currently seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will play a key role in assisting customers with rental inquiries, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Warmly greet customers and assist with rental inquiries Maintain inventory control to ensure availability of rental items Answer incoming phone calls and provide detailed information on rental services Accurately process rental agreements and payments Utilize effective retail sales techniques to promote rental products Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall rental experience

Skills:
