Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Representative who isn’t afraid to get out in the field, make connections, and generate new leads. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, building relationships with homeowners and professionals, and turning those connections into signed projects. This is a full-time, commission-driven opportunity with significant room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads for pool installations, renovations, concrete work, and site development. Attend meetings, job sites, and local events to build relationships and create new business opportunities. Work directly with homeowners, contractors, architects, and other professionals to understand project needs and close sales. Represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy manner. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quotes and follow up on potential projects. Track all sales activities and report progress weekly.

Requirements:

Sales experience in construction, landscaping, pools, or home renovation preferred. Excellent communication and networking skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Compensation:
