⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Home Health Community Liason (Delray Beach) compensation: Based on experience employment type: job title: Home Health Community Liason Busy Home Health Agency is searching for a Community Liason.
Responsibilites include:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency’s territory
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan, increase awareness and drive engagement with a variety of referral sources. The plan should include specific strategies and tactics to reach different referral sources with appropriate and tailored activities
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with a variety of new and existing referral sources
- Research and participate in marketing and networking events, health and wellness fairs, community events to enhance visibility of agency services in the community and generate new relationships and business Principals only.
