We’re Hiring:

Membership Sales Specialist D1 Training Upper Westside Atlanta | Full-Time Position If you’re driven by results, love talking to people, and want to grow with a fast-paced, high-energy gym—this is your shot! D1 Training Upper Westside Atlanta is looking for a Membership Sales Specialist who’s ready to crush goals and close sales . This is a phone-based, high-impact role responsible for converting hot leads into gym members and trial class attendees. No cold calling —you’ll be working with people who already expressed interest and just need the right person to help them commit.

What You’ll Do:

Make 80+ outbound calls and texts daily to warm leads Follow up with interested prospects to book trial classes and sell memberships Track activity and conversions using our CRM system Work closely with the GM to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Be the first point of contact and voice of our brand to potential members Maintain consistent communication and follow-up until the sale is closed

Who You Are:

A confident communicator who thrives on the phone Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people reach their goals (A PLUS) Driven by numbers , motivated by commissions and goals Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple conversations Persistent— you don’t take “no” for an answer (without being pushy) Comfortable with tech and sales tools (CRM experience is a bonus)

Compensation:
