Position is primarily responsible for the complete fulfillment of members’ telephone requests and the offering of suitable products and services to our membership.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone, digital, and chat. Research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts. Verify accounts, as needed. Answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, credit cards, debit/ATM cards, IRA’s and certificates. Process Cd renewals. Assist with PIN resets/reminders and ordering of debit/ATM cards. Open accounts. Process stop payments on share draft accounts. Process member transfers. Assist members with remote access. Respond to chat inquiries. Responsible for researching members inquiries to ensure proper follow up and member satisfaction. Process wire transfers. Process check orders. Process statement copy requests. Troubleshoot online banking/bill pay and POS debit/ATM card issues. Process loan and credit card payments. Assist with tax bill questions. 1099/1098 copies. Cross-sell credit union products and services. Follow-up marketing calls. Treat all credit union members and employees with positively and cooperatively and exhibit the credit union “Value Added” philosophy. Build lasting relationships with membership through accuracy, asking questions to determine needs, and exceeding expectations. Other job-related duties, as assigned.
