JOB TITLE:

PICKLEBALL PROFESSIONAL PART-TIME PICKLEBALL PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of the Pickleball Professional is to develop and deliver safe, structured, high-quality Pickleball training in a 1 on 1, semi-private, and small group setting to members of the club. Additional tasks include, but are not limited to assisting the Pickleball manager with court scheduling and program management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the following. Delivery of 1 on 1, semi-private and group pickleball lessons Assisting Pickleball manager with court scheduling Assist the Pickleball manager with developing and implementing Pickleball programs Assist with organization and implementation of Pickleball tournaments Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability and Willingness to be physically active for hours at a time
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of Pickleball teaching experience preferred
• Playing experience and ranking will be considered
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to utilize training/scheduling software and facility App
