Requirements Knowledge of the material handling industry (or similar field i.e. automotive background) and/or prior parts experience is desirable Ability to use a computer to enter parts on service jobs, retrieve information, and to make changes to orders. Excellent customer service experience Serving the two Carolinas with full-service locations in Charlotte, Statesville, and Monroe, NC, and in Greenville and Columbia, SC.
