Fresh Grow Brand Ambassador Fresh Grow LLC 15 Worlds Fair Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873 Overview The Brand Ambassador will represent Fresh Grow LLC by traveling to dispensaries and industry events, engaging with stakeholders, and hosting pop-ups, events, and promotional activities. This role is key to building relationships within the cannabis industry while enhancing the visibility and reputation of Fresh Grow. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and skilled in creating positive interactions with both customers and industry professionals.

Essential Functions Event and Pop-Up Coordination :

Plan, attend, and host events and pop-ups at dispensaries and other industry locations. Engage with customers and stakeholders to promote the Fresh Grow brand.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Build and maintain relationships with dispensary managers, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to support promotional activities and brand initiatives.

Brand Representation :

Serve as the face of Fresh Grow at industry events, ensuring the brand is consistently and professionally represented. Travel to

Dispensaries :

Regularly visit dispensaries throughout New Jersey to set up promotional materials, conduct pop-ups, and host events that promote Fresh Grow products.

Customer Interaction :

Interact with potential customers at events, answer questions, distribute promotional materials, and provide product information.

Sales Support :

Assist with product sales and sampling at events, including setting up and breaking down displays and event materials.

Feedback Reporting :

Provide detailed feedback to the marketing team regarding customer interactions, event success, and stakeholder insights. Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as promotions, brand ambassador work, or retail sales. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders. Outgoing personality, with the ability to engage customers and industry professionals in a positive manner. Flexibility to travel frequently within New Jersey and work during evenings and weekends, as needed for events. Familiarity with the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.

Job Types:

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
