Execute proven PLACE lead generation systems weekly to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Host Open Houses :

Conduct two open houses each month , showcasing properties and attracting potential buyers. Convert Leads into

Appointments :

Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments, driving your business forward. Practice Scripts for

Success :

Participate in weekly script practice to hone your communication and sales skills. Engage in

Team Activities :

Actively participate in team events and activities, adhering to team standards to foster collaboration and success.

Ongoing Coaching & Training :

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions , attend weekly training , and join Partner Calls to continue growing and learning.

Consult and Convert :

Provide expert consultation to buyers , guiding them through the process and converting leads with signed agreements . ️

Write and Negotiate Offers :

Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients, ensuring the best possible deal for all parties involved. Track Progress with

PLACE Technology :
