What You’ll Do Every Day:
Warmly welcome and assist prospective residents Showcase our apartments and create an inviting atmosphere Handle applications and lease paperwork with accuracy Keep tabs on market trends & contribute to marketing campaigns Build lasting relationships with residents and enhance community spirit
What We’re Looking For:
Leasing experience? Great! No experience? No problem — we train! Comfortable with computers and learning new software Strong communication skills — verbal and written Customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team spirit Open to completing online training as needed
