The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the area. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions. Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
