Sales Professional East Coast Arenas Florida We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Commission-Based Sales Representative to help expand our reach by identifying leads and closing sales for our horse arena construction services. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for horses, some construction or arena knowledge, and a knack for building relationships. The right candidate will work remotely on a flexible schedule, earning commission-based income with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads within the equestrian and horse owner communities on the East Coast Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including horse owners, trainers, barns, and riding facilities Present our arena construction services, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs Collaborate with our team to develop and execute sales strategies Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and assist in closing sales Attend industry events or local shows as needed (optional, based on candidate interest)

Qualifications:

Knowledge of horses, equestrian activities, or horse facilities preferred Some understanding of construction or arena surfaces is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required Reliable internet access and a laptop/phone for remote work

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, with competitive commission rates on each sale Opportunity for growth into a full-time role for the right candidate
