Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, CTA serves clients across the United States and is known for technical excellence, deep industry knowledge, and client-first service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our in-office team. Position Summary The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients and CPA partners. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong work ethic and an interest in financial and tax advisory services. This is a full-time, in-office position with significant growth potential. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking Educate potential clients and CPA firms on CTA’s specialty tax services Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical staff Manage and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups Assist with proposal preparation and support follow-up efforts Maintain performance metrics and meet/exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred) 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred, but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development Supportive and professional in-office team environment Opportunity to grow with one of the nation’s leading specialty tax firms
