The Ho Hum:

Provide a friendly, warm, and inviting environment by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting all members and guests at the point of sale Communicate with members and guests to identify their needs and answer questions about the wash club membership Build familiarity with club members and ensure maximum customer satisfaction while consistently meeting daily and monthly sales goals Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Promote annual passes and upgraded membership packages to existing members Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a respectful, helpful, and attentive manner Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas Document and update customer records based on interactions Follow established guidelines and procedures when performing any services including but not limited to inspecting vehicles for potential damage or hazardous items, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in cleaning the facility

Qualifications:

Sales Experience is essential Reliable and punctual Effectively communicates and follows directions Energetic personality with the desire to work in a team-oriented environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience in customer service Comfort working outdoors, standing for extended periods of time, and moving frequently throughout the shift Flexible working hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are 4-6 hours Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines
