The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an engaging shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers and promote products. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience with product demonstrations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
