Responsibilities:
STOP, GREET and INTERACT, with mall shoppers while escorting them to our products
PERSUADE
customers to buy products from Ethos Body & Aroma Provide a unique and comfortable customer experience Advise customers by providing information on products Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards Use judgment to solve customer problems Maintains scheduling commitments
Leadership Development:
Support leadership team in opening and closing the kiosks and counting cash with excellence. You will have an opportunity for leadership roles by setting high standards and demonstrating quality with daily store operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to STOP, GREET and INTERACT, with mall shoppers Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts Experience cash handling and open and closing Dress Code- Professional/Casual dress Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent verbal skills Able to problem solve as issues arise
Preferred:
