Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Apparel Associate to join our team. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right apparel items and sizes
• Provide product recommendations and styling advice
• Conduct product demonstrations, such as jewelry sales or wireless sales
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Receive and stock merchandise according to company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
