What You’ll Do Engage Customers:

Welcome guests, actively listen to their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations for hot tubs, swim spas, grill islands, and other outdoor products.

Product Expertise:

Become an expert in our full lineup—Softub, Platinum Spas, Grill Islands, cold plunges, and more. Confidently explain features, benefits, and financing options.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the sales journey from greeting to closing, including demonstrating products, preparing quotes, and completing sales paperwork.

Promotions & Events:

Participate in in-store events, weekend shows, and community festivals to showcase our products and generate leads.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with your teammates to create a fun, supportive, and high-energy showroom environment.

Customer Service:

Follow up with customers post-sale, answer questions, and help resolve any issues to ensure a 5-star experience.

Showroom Upkeep:

Assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, inviting showroom.
