Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Upsell products and services to increase sales
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
• Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred but not required As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their purchases, and promoting the products and services offered by our store.
