Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing and promotions. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about products and services. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed. Requirements Women and Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers over the phone. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
