About the Role In this role, you will be the face of our store, the brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, product creation, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions while maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. What You’ll Do Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately. Maintain store cleanliness and assist with visual merchandising. Stay up to date on product knowledge, store promotions, and product trends. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations. Support in-store events and photography showcases. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote store promotions. What You Bring Previous experience in retail or customer service. Basic understanding of photography. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the right products. Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
