Equipment Store Counter Associate Are you a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual? Join our team as a Counter Associate at our equipment store!

Mon – Fri 7am to 5pm, Some Saturdays 8am – 12pm

Key Responsibilities:

Write and process new equipment repair work orders Handle over-the-counter parts and materials sales with excellent customer service Prepare and submit warranty claims Set up and organize materials for repair jobs Maintain inventory by stocking shelves and tracking stock levels Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries Please note: This is a fast-paced role with minimal downtime, ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy and engaged throughout the day.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills Basic mechanical or equipment knowledge is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory or point-of-sale systems preferred Positive attitude and a team-player mindset Phone Experience (Heavy Phones at Times)
