Thee-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers -online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehiclepurchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads ina timely fashion, answering questions, providing information andhelping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contactto an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customerexperience is key. With your outstanding communication andlistening skills, you’ll help our customers select their perfectvehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet theirlifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal. Oure-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customerexperience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty byfollowing up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transitioncustomers to the Service department to support their ownershipexperience. What are the requirements for this job?
