Our Part time and Full time Associate positions range between $14 and $17 per hour based on relative experience. Come work at one of the best UPS Stores in Pinellas County! Family owned and operated, we are looking for dependable people with a great attitude to join our team and provide excellent customer service for our UPS Stores in Seminole and Clearwater. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive outlook and a desire to grow will make you successful in this role. Advancement is available based on performance. Responsibilities Happily, greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Offer solutions to best fit customer’s needs Cross-sell services and products Generate shipments Process print orders and office-related tasks Stay up to date with new products/services Keep the store clean and welcoming for customers Ensure supplies are fully stocked Skills and Requirements Great attitude! Fast learner Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Proven experience as an Office Team Member, Sales Representative, Associate or similar role Experience with Point-of-Sale systems Comfort with technology is a must!! GED or higher Basic math skills Excellent communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts
