Aerie Store Lead American Eagle #840 Oglethorpe Mall 7804 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31406 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Aerie store team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while maintaining high standards of organizational skills. Training and development of team. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of employees, including assistant managers, to achieve store goals. Manage daily operations, including opening, closing of store,inventory control, merchandising, and sales strategies Implement effective budgeting practices to maximize profitability while minimizing costs. Conduct employee orientation and training to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and store policies. Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring that all staff exhibit excellent customer service and selling skills. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve overall store performance Experience At lease 1 yr of management experience with a focus on management roles. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Stronnemerchandising skills with experience in visual merchandise. Familiarity with inventory control systems and budgeting processes. Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
