In addition to providing an excellent guest experience, Educators will teach guests about honeybees and the quality and health benefits of our specialty products, as well as sell these products. Our Educators must be a positive, energetic, and productive part of this amazing team. We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available in the Savannah, GA area. Candidates must be available to work weekends at our Broughton St location. Shifts may vary according to the store’s hours of operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following are some of the key duties that the Educator will assist with and/or perform: Works to create a Guest-friendly environment by ensuring that each Guest is greeted and acknowledged in addition to providing excellent Guest Service Maintains current knowledge of product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements Assists with aspects of store merchandising, including floor moves and display maintenance Assists in monitoring (including monthly inventory), receiving, and processing merchandise Works with the hive to ensuring that the store is secure, neat and clean at all times Adheres to all company policies, procedures and practices Completes all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper monetary accountabilities at POS registers Communicates Guest requests to management Acts as an advocate for Savannah Bee Company and our products Engages with and supports team members (aka the “hive”) Performs other duties as assigned We’re looking for candidates who will create a memorable experience for our guests.
