Role:

At Fine Fettle, a Dispensary Agent’s role is to assist in multiple facets of our retail and community outreach operations. The Dispensary Agent position is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to many different roles within the cannabis retail operation. The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Success in this role will require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the sub-roles within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The role is rotational in nature consisting of Sales Agent, Community Outreach, and Inventory. The primary duty of the Dispensary Agent will be to act as a Sales Agent, stationing the register and checking out customers at the point of sale. In the Sales Agent role, the Dispensary Agent should have a keen understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Agent will also be rotated to our community outreach operations as needed, acting in a community customer-facing role to help educate our local communities on medical-cannabis and Georgia’s Medical Cannabis Program. Likewise the Dispensary Agent may be assigned to roles at the back-of-house including Inventory and Order Fulfillment, respectively scanning bags of product into our point of sale software systems and pulling data from our online menu to prep bags for product fulfillment. Sales Agent:

Responsible for executing the checkout process with customers at the point of sale station. The Sales Agent provides education and 5 star service to customers at the register and executes directives from the

Sales Floor Manager Community Outreach:

Responsible for setting up and running local marketing booths or seminars Fine Fettle or your GM will host in your community. The purpose of these are to educate the community on our products and Georgia’s Medical-cannabis Program.

Inventory/Order Fulfillment:

Responsible for preparing cannabis bags for product fulfillment, printing and attaching order slips to the bags that are appropriate for particular products, as well as conducting weekly inventory audits with managers.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma Retail experience is highly preferred Prior experience working in a fast paced, customer focused retail environment is advantageous Bilingual or proficiency in Spanish is beneficial Flexibility regarding work schedule Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including scheduled opening and closing shifts, is required. Knowledge about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferred Cannabis market experience is valuable but not required Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
