Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonableaccommodation. Collaborates with team members and communicatesrelevant information to direct leader Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and datawithin area of responsibility Other duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities:

Processescustomer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocksshelves and merchandise displays neatly Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers withtheir shopping experience Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses,scanning errors, and general issues Participates in taking store inventory counts according toguidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Stocker Responsibilities:

Stocks shelves and rotates productproperly to guarantee fresh product is available for thecustomer Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandiseddisplays Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures

Store AssociateResponsibilities:

Assists with Curbside Shopping orders Store Associates are responsible for both cashier and stockerresponsibilities listed above

Physical Demands:

Regularly requiredto sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk aboutthe store

Store Associate & Stocker:

Ability to stock merchandise from storereceiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45pounds, on shelving at various heights

Qualifications:

You must be18 years of age or older Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a teamenvironment Effective time management Knowledge of products and services of the company

Store Associate &Cashier:

Ability to operate a cash register efficiently andaccurately

Store Associate & Cashier:

Comply with state and local requirementsfor handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Store Associate & Stocker:

Ability to operate equipment safely andproperly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, andcardboard baler

Stocker:

ALDI Stockers must have morning availability toaccommodate store operational responsibilities and be available towork morning shifts with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.

Educationand Experience:
