In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while helping them find the products they need. Your responsibilities will include managing stock, operating the cash register, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting with orders. Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued. A basic understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial for inventory management tasks.
