Salesperson 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 781 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633 Chatham Ford is looking for an experienced salesperson. This job is not the typical automotive sales job! Must have automotive sales experience to be considered. You work from start to finish with customers and provide finance/payment, warranty and after sell options. We do not T/0 deals, like most conventional stores. You have to be able to think on your feet and handle objections and have an understanding of the latest technology and automotive finance. We offer a full benefits package. Health insurance and 401k with match. Life, Dental, Disability also available. Salary is $800-$1000 per week based your experience level, plus 10% commission on the gross profit on everything you sell including warranty and after sell products. Monthly volume bonus and percentage on F&I income. We do not flood the floor with salespeople, there is a maximum of 3. We are closed Sunday’s and close at 5 pm weeknights and 4 pm on Saturday’s.
