In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Supervise and train new staff members as needed to ensure high standards of customer service. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate transaction processing. Experience operating cash registers and handling POS systems is an asset.
