Verizon Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person customer service and sales support by engaging with potential customers regarding Verizon wireless products and services. Assist customers in selecting the best home internet and wireless solutions based on their individual needs and usage habits. Act as the face of our company and Verizon by clearly explaining product features, service options, and promotional offers in a professional and approachable manner. Educate and guide customers through Verizon’s offerings to find the perfect solution for their needs. Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships. Verizon Sales Associate:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with a positive attitude and team spirit. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
