This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers in our showroom and/or remotely to understand project needs Provide product recommendations, quotes, and timelines Manage project details from estimate through installation Coordinate with pre-production and production teams to ensure accuracy Maintain relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners Track sales activities and follow up on leads Skills & Qualifications Sales experience, preferably in stone, construction, or home improvement industries Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret drawings or blueprints a plus Proficiency with quoting software, Excel, and email Self-motivated and customer-focused Team player who can collaborate with production and installation staff
