As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with care. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and product displays. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions regarding products and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
