Retail Sales Associate The Maker and Merchant Asheboro 1437 East Dixie Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus, especially for serving diverse customer base
• Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
• Knowledge of retail math and technology sales is beneficial
