We’re currently searching for a passionate and experienced Store Leader to take the lead in running our location and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Store Management :

Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Customer Engagement :

Provide helpful, personalized service including product education, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Team Leadership :

Guide and support a team of sales associates through training, coaching, and clear communication.

Stock Oversight :

Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and keep the store well-stocked with in-demand items.

Sales Growth :

Boost performance through smart merchandising, upselling strategies, and local promotional efforts.

Regulatory Compliance :

Uphold all legal and health requirements including age restrictions and ID checks, product handling, and store safety standards.

Reporting Duties :

Track key performance metrics, manage goals, and relay updates to management.

Ideal Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing or supervising in a retail setting (vape or smoke shop background is a plus). Strong understanding of vaping culture, products, and compliance rules. Skilled communicator and motivator with a customer-focused mindset. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits. Proficient in managing teams and hitting performance targets. Familiarity with point-of-sale and inventory systems. Must meet the minimum age requirement to work in a vape-related business.

Preferred Experience:

Prior work in the vape or smoke shop industry. Awareness of local and federal vaping laws and policies. Experience with social media marketing or in-store promotions.
