Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. Skills Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to manage stock effectively, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized. Supervisory skills to guide and support team members as needed. Knowledge of product demos to effectively showcase items to potential buyers. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
