What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Guide customers through product options, offer thoughtful recommendations, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Handle high-volume sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for customers. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques while maintaining integrity and customer trust. Work closely with your team to hit sales goals and share feedback on customer preferences and product displays. Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of the store. Take part in ongoing training focused on professional growth, customer engagement, and leadership development.
