Role:
The Inside Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and nurturing existing relationships. This position is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer satisfaction. By utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, the associate will create a seamless sales experience for clients. Ultimately, the success of this role contributes significantly to the overall performance and reputation of the company in the marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospective clients. Manage and maintain a database of leads and customer interactions using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and deliver sales presentations that effectively showcase product benefits. Support proposal strategy to ensure alignment of services being offered is consistent from office to office Track/monitor proposal activity and report as directed. Follow up on open proposals as directed Track/support actual sales versus budgeted sales and report as directed Ensure pricing models for service offerings are being met and fulfilled across the three (3) pillars of service offerings Oversight of web leads and disseminating to appropriate personnel Support RFP procurement including obtaining marketing, HR and financial collateral Support client outreach programs and gathering of client data to best prepare consultants to secure work Support tradeshow coordination and their supplemental requirements Support/Prepare client presentation as directed Support field consulting and inspection activities as requested
