Budtender Responsibilities:

Cannabis Dispensary Budtender will provide outstanding customer service, and product recommendations in a fun and fast-paced environment. Dispensary Budtender will service customers with care, efficiency and professionalism. Budtender will maintain an organized and pristine store environment, including performing regular cleaning duties and restocking products. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve store objectives. Budtender will educate and enroll new customers into store loyalty program.

Budtender Requirements:

Background Check required. 21 or older Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service position preferred. Budtender must have great attention to detail and be able to accurately handle cash transactions. Cannabis Dispensary Budtender must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Budtender must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to grow in the field. Cannabis experience a plus.
