Venmo, Zelle, Cash Job Description PicoTreasures is seeking reliable and friendly retail staff to support daily store operations and customer experience. This is a flexible opportunity to earn hourly pay + sales commission while helping customers, organizing merchandise, and uploading products online. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with basic sales Earn 5% commission on every sale made during your shift Unpack returned or incoming clothing — sort into wholesale bins or hang by size Photograph and record videos of products for Facebook Marketplace and online listings Upload photo content to team group chat for publishing Keep store space clean, organized, and welcoming Restock racks and boxes as needed help with print farms and kitting on the weekend shifts for our other brands Compensation $16.00/hour base pay + 5% sales commission for your shift’s revenue hourly negoitable but less commission Paid via Venmo, Zelle, or cash (daily or weekly) Performance-based hours increase possible Schedule Starting with 1-2 people per shift May grow to 2-3 per shift, depending on traffic Flexible hours, mainly during store peak times Requirements Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with customers Can lift and carry product boxes (light to medium weight) Willing to clean, sort, and do light manual tasks Smartphone for taking and uploading photos/videos Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Apply now to join a creative, fun, and growing store team.
