Weekend Budtender Misha’s Flower Shop Brooklyn, NY 11237 Position Summary Misha’s Flower Shop in Bushwick, Brooklyn is hiring energetic cannabis enthusiasts to fill budtender positions on the spacious sales floor and help customers navigate the wide selection of New York State licensed cannabis products. Misha’s Flower Shop is one of Brooklyn’s few New York State licensed adult-use cannabis dispensaries and strictly adheres to all rules and regulations of the New York State Office of Cannabis Management and requires all employees to posses a firm understanding of these rules and to follow them at all times during working hours. Compliance training will be provided, existing knowledge of NYS OCM adult-use rules is preferable. Main Duties/Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm welcome and friendly overview of the store and products Ensure sales are made to customers 21 and up only, stay up do date on NYS adult-use compliance rules Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory Attend brand-led budtender trainings, develop thorough knowledge of licensed NYS cannabis brands Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, Provide positive experiences that build customer loyalty About You Minimum 21+ years of age Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York Prior retail or customer service experience Passionate about cannabis and the New York State regulated cannabis industry Available weekends and evenings
