Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain knowledge of current products and services to effectively communicate with customers. Handle cash transactions accurately using QuickBooks. Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and organizing inventory. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients. Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate cash handling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective customer interactions Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain inventory levels efficiently. Competence in handling financial transactions.
