Summary As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Located in one of our vibrant retail stores, you will engage with customers to provide product knowledge and support while contributing to the overall success of our team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries. Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to inform customers effectively. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems efficiently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interactions.
