This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving processes, and leading a team to maintain a clean and organized work environment. The Produce Lead will also assist in training staff and implementing best practices for produce handling. Job Requirements Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks. Able to lift and carry over 50 pounds safely and efficiently. Responsible for placing accurate and timely product orders. Receive and check in product shipments upon delivery. Create visually appealing and effective product displays. Update and change prices as needed to reflect current promotions or changes. Proficient in using a handheld scanner and basic laptop functions. Maintain accurate inventory control and tracking. Effectively manage and oversee employee performance and duties. Possess excellent communication skills. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate well and work efficiently with team members.
